Hot feet

Blood sugar reading low, 2.8 in A.M. daily
Feet become very hot during night while sleeping, if readings are much higher and cannot sleep until feet become cooler.

Please suggest solution.

Only your feet are hot at night?  What about your hands .... or your face feeling real hot at times?????

Go see a doctor immediately. 2.8 mmol equals 50.4 mg/dl and that is dangerously low.
