I'm guessing that you're posting on forums because your PCP has no answer. Neither do I. Sorry. But I would get a vitamin deficiency test done to see if there is an imbalance or lacking thereof.
Good luck. I hope you get your issues resolved.
I forgot to add, no matter how much I eat I never feel full. I feel that there is no more space in my stomach but it doesn't make me "feel full". :)
I did not do the stress test, but had multiple heart tests and everything was fine. Thyroid was fine too. I dont take any medication or supplements nor do I take roids :)
Its just that my mouth gets dry instantly after a set of exercise, but Im not out of shape nor Im obese. And I hydrate properly. I loose energy pretty quickly, and get not so much breathless as much as I get pale and dizzy. Like I said, I feel hungry too often, and perhaps even drink water too often, because drinking cold water gives me a feel-good effect. My mouth tends to be dry during the day, but not overly so.
Again, sorry if this is the wrong forum.
Stress test is a timed treadmill test where your heart rate and pulse are monitored under different "stress" conditions.
Are you taking any medication? Any supplements? Large doses of vitamins including protein shakes? Roids?
I did EKG, and everything was fine. My blood test was fine also, although I did not test for specific hormones and possible nutritional deficiencies. My fasting glucose levels were fine and my glucose levels after a test meal were fine also.
What is a stress test? Could it be that all those things are due to being stressed out?
What you need to do is see a doctor and get a complete checkup - not a physical - with blood labs. An EKG and stress test should be included. Your symptoms are mimicking several different issues and the only way to get to the root cause is by a professional.
