I have pain associated in Diabetic Neuropathy in my feet. I have started taken Gabapentin for the pain. Will Gabapentin effect my blood sugars?

The logical methode , I was there and done that, is lowering your blood sugar below 140mg/dl at ALL TIMES . This is just my untrained opinion.
