In the evening should I take my Lantus injection? Or in the morning?

each person has a different  scale depending on there insulin sensitivity and the insulin used.

Do not dilute Lantus and do not mix Lantus with any other type of insulin. And, do not switch to another brand or type of insulin or change the dose or dosage time of any type of insulin you are using without first talking to your doctor.
