Splenda as a replacement sweetner? Think twice..

I heard this report on the Boston news radio the other day.  Researchers say they have evidence that sucralose changes the way the body deals with sugar.  Here's the report: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2333336/Could-artificial-sweetener-CAUSE-diabetes-Splenda-modifies-way-body-handles-sugar-increasing-insulin-production-20.html

I asked my doctor about sweeteners, which one is the best to use and he suggested NONE of them. He told me to just to lower my sugar intake. I have been doing this for quite some time now and my levels are lower now than they were when I was using Splenda and Sweet & Low.

Splenda is a chemical soup. Google International Patent A23L001-236 to see how it is processed.

I tried sugar-free pudding that you cook, made with sucralose and it made my blood sugar go sky high!
