Maybe or maybe not. Depends how sensitive your body is.
Best way is to take it (in known amount) and check your blood sugar 30 minute and then 1 hour after taking it. If your blood sugar does not go up significantly / is still in target range, then you can tolerate it. If your blood sugar goes too high, then you should avoid sugar alcohol as well.
