Why?????

I am a type two diabetic 41 yr old female. I was on insulin for 12 years and have lost weight and been off insulin for over a year now. I eat 75g of carbs per meal and my sugars are always under 120 two hours after eating. Lately my sugars have been under 90 two hours after eating which I know is ok but I'm getting low symptoms (headache, dizziness, and heart palpable) anytime it goes below 90... I'm having to eat every 2-3 hours just to help calm the symptoms.  Why would this be happening?

Thanks everyone!! Doc said today we need to do a 2 hour test and see when I'm peaking and if I'm falling to fast!

75gr/meal   WOW  that would send my BG through the roof.

have you tested at 30 minutes or 1 hour after eating?

could be your going very high just after eating and then dropping fast. that too will give the same feelings as a hypo

Please get your thyroid checked.  Such symptoms could be hyperthryoid.

Make sure your snack is low carb so that you don't get a high followed by a rebound low from the snack.

Even though it's not that far off from my normal? My sugars have been under 110 two hours after eating for over a year now so I don't understand why the low feelings now?!?

That is a false hypo... your body is not used to normal BG so it feels low.

It will adj to the new "norm"
