What you maybe observing are normal fluctuations in blood glucose levels as you began and go through your morning. The different results may have more to do with what you ingest the previous night before you go to sleep.

You should contact your doctor and ask him/her to order appropriate blood tests. Then, IF, your overnight fasting blood sugar level is above normal your doctor will determine if you are diabetic and what medicines, diet, and exercise you should follow to control your illness.
