can high and low blood sugars cause mood swings

today my bs went from 315 down to 130 and when it dropped in two hours like that it made me really anxious is that normal?

I think this person was looking to hear of a suggestion/solution, not just a confirmation if it's healthy. So comment on something you can help them with. These people are writing in looking for a solution to their problem. You need to be a little more inspirational.

Yes large BG swings are bad all around, bad for your body and bad for your mind and bad for your wellbeing.
