my sister ate like 6 packs of rice krispies bars for like 2 weeks everyday.
can this cause diabetes?

No, definitely not. However, that is a very unhealthy way to eat and if your sister continues eating like that in the long run she could become obese as well as have numerous health problems down the road, diabetes only being one possibility.

Sorry, but eating this type of food WILL cause type 2 diabetes. Rice Krispie treats/bars contain marshmallows along with additional sugary additives like caramel, vanilla, and artificial sugary fruits. As a kid we called marshmallows fluffy sugar. One marshmallow contains close to 30% sugar. Nutrition facts for one Rice Krispie strawberry bar shows it contains 28 grams of sugar, or the equivalent of 4 [four] heaping Tablespoons of refined table sugar. Why is type 2 diabetes on the rise? Because of this type of food.
