floater

i first noticed floaters 2 years back.those were 2 in number(1 in each eye)
it remained the same till last month when i noticed that those floaters developing new extentions (transparent linear).n also small bubble isolated and in aggregates behaving like floaters(coming n going away from field of vision)
can it b associated with glaucoma or b genetic....?
are there any serious complications(that can lead to vision loss) that can arise?
is there any non invasive way to treat floaters or prevent it from further progression?

U should go see your dr. about the floaters, it can be serious, pressure builds in the eye and u need to get it checked asap...

I've been doing a bit of reading on complications from high blood sugar, and one of the things I've come across is warnings about the potential implications of new floaters. According to what I've read, you are strongly urged to consult an opthalmologist to make sure you don't have diabetic retinopathy. It might very well be nothing at all, but why take chances?
Good luck.
