Yes, sorry I was not clear.
Systolic over Diastolic and normal range is somewhere between 100/60 - 80/120. 100/60 is not actually low and would be considered within normal range.
I researched on line and the limits for low blood pressure are 90/60. With blood pressures in this low normal range being "normal" in children and athletes.
Did you mean Systolic 120 and Diastolic 80?
120/80 is normal blood pressure
100/60 is low blood pressure
Pulse rate is how fast your heart beats. This is different from blood pressure.
normal blood pressure is somewhere between 60 / 100 to 80/120.
A pulse rate of 88 is prehypertension level reading,
A normal blood pressure is lower than 120/80 mmHG..
By the way, almost all long term diabetic 2 have it , especially the ones on Insulin which also raise the level of Cholesterol, as well high blood pressure, and weigh gaining also.
I suggest that you google the words high blood pressure, you also find the suggestions how to lower your high blood pressure like reducing your Sodium intake, and exercising
Good luck.
Hello,
a pulse rate of 88 is not high. It is within normal range for an adult.
Why are you concerned?
Hope this helps.
