Hi!
Well, uncontrolled diabetes and high blood pressure are both precursors of erectile dysfunction. Also, some medications taken for high blood pressure can cause erectile dysfunction. So, first rule out these causes.
Just taking supplements may not help. You need to be evaluated by a doctor and proper medication can help restore the erectile function. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

Ordinary Arginine supplements of from 3 grams to 6 grams a day will improve yourt erectile function significantly. Also take alpha-lipoic acid supplements. The arginine can be purchased by the pound in health food stores for $19-$25 U.S. It is far more expensive in capsule form. It it improves the micro-circulation. It can also reverse diabetic neuropathy in the feet.
