I have been using Victoza for about a year now... When i first started it i had nausea all day and off and on for the first few months. it sucked!! I too started out with the small dosage so my body could get used to it and then slowly increased it to max dosage. Everyone's body is different so maybe yours is still not used to it yet.. in time the nausea will go away. :)
