I have a friend who has similar marks - she has a condition called sarcardosis (not sure if this is spelt correctly_
i agree with DrKaul. most likely bruises. which could be caused from anything. like accidentally hitting something you didn't realize. however, like DrKaul mentioned, it could be something more serve. call your pcp. they love these types of questions.

These are likely to be bruises and may associated with trauma, connective tissue disorders, secondary to haematological causes, micronutrient deficiencies etc. I would suggest considering an initial evaluation by a primary care physician and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
