I'm sorry to hear this.  Your doctor is diagnosing you with diabetes, is that what you are saying?  More information would be helpful.  Sugar in urine is something that does indicate diabetes.  The pain and numbness in feet is concerning as well as it usually takes a bit of time for someone to develop neuropathy so that makes you wonder how long this has been going on.  Tell us what your doctor has told you and we'll go from there.

Hello, my urologist is the one who told me about the sugar in my urine. The numbness and pain in feet has been going on for about a year. My internist has tested me for diabetes before and all was okay. I also have high blood pressure. Should I contact my internist for another test for diabetes?
Yes, absolutely do that.  hypertension and diabetes both are dangerous and risk factors for even worse problems so definitely take your info you got at the urologist to your internist and get a full work up.  Let me know what happens!
