Has anyone here tried the Lark app for Pre-Diabetes?

Has anyone tried the Lark App? I just started using it through my insurance and got the fitbit and scale sent to me. The app is meant to reverse pre-diabetes. I'd love any pointers you have on effectively using it / how often to check in, etc.

I am not familiar with that app, sorry.

The basics of reversing prediabetes include:-
1. Normalising weight if overweight
2. Eliminating added sugars and processed foods from the diet, and reducing carbohydrate intake
3. Increasing physical activity
4. Managing stress.

If this app helps you address all of the above, then it will help you reverse prediabetes.
