I'm light-headed dizzy throwing up week
I have been weak very dizzy and after eating I have been vomiting profusely I had checked my blood sugar and it was in the high 60s yesterday how do I know if it's my blood sugar high or if my blood sugar is low

Blood sugar in the high 60s is on the low side of normal. Are you diabetic or taking any medications?
If you are not better by now, I hope you went to see a doctor.
