What's going on

Okay went to hospital for chest pains thought I was having a heart attack at the end of the two days I was there all they could tell me that I had to kidney dysfunction I am 28 years old so I started testing my blood sugar few days ago first time I woke up and haven't ate it was 168 another day I was feeling down my chest was hurting and it was 66 another day I haven't ate it was 149 yesterday I ate at 11 a.m. I check my blood sugar at 5 in the evening it was 198 I went to the clinic yesterday the same day I found out it was 198 and I can basically tell me nothing can someone tell me what does this mean

You could be diabetic  have them test, A1c, OGTT (Oral Glucose Tolerance Test.  To do the test proper they need to ck your BG every 20 minutes for 3 hours)  And antibody test for T1
