I'm not been diagnosed with diabetes but is blood sugar level 108 bad

depends when it was tested.
108 for a fasting blood sugar (ie. first thing in the morning without eating or drinking) is not so good and means further investigation should probably be done.
108 2 hours after eating a typical meal with carbs, is pretty much within normal range.
