you were all right about non diabetic numbers

i posted here about prediabetes number in myself and did not believe when people say nondiabeteic dont go above 120, but now i prove to myself this true. i almost never go above 110 now even after pizza or spaghetti or other heavy meal. this after losing some weight doing more exercise and eating less carb for 4 months. my fasting in morning is now 80-90 range most times < 85.

Yes.  Absolutely.  Totally non-diabetic numbers don't rise very far from and rapidly return to fasting numbers.

Congratulations on your weight loss, lower carb and exercise efforts.  You have reversed your higher numbers.  Keep it up. :)

Thats great

if your weight goes up or you get older your numbers will start to climb again.  so you need to check your BG once in a while.  monthly

oh forgot to say that high of 110 is at 1 hr, 2hr is back close to fasting
