Can you interpret this for me?

Hi,
Can you please interpret this result? I know is in range, but isn't the A1c in higer range and shouldn't be glucose lower than?  Thank you



Glucose. 79. normal range 65-99
A1C. 5.4. normal range 4.8-5.6
insulin. 5.6. normal range. 2.6- 24.9

I would consider an A1c of 5.4% prediabetes, as 5.4% equates to 108 mg/dl daily glucose level. You can easily lower you blood sugars by losing excess poundage, daily 30-60 minute exercise, and paying attention to what you eat/drink. Good luck -

Your results are actually good.  Everything is within normal limits.  The glucose shouldn''t be lower, it's fine.  The A1C is on the high end of normal, but it is still normal, therefore there is no need for any concerns at this point.  

Have you been diagnosed with pre-diabetes?  If so, how are you managing it?  Diet?  Weight control?
