You could try lifestyle measures as well. Such as cutting carbs (cut sugars, sweets, reduce limit grains, fruit, starchy veges), and vigorous exercise.
However, given your age, normal weight, you already exercise, if cutting carbs is not enough you may also need medications.
Please test your post eating blood sugar. Test your blood sugar 1.5 - 2 hour after eating your regular meal. The post eating number should ideally be < 120, and not more than 140.

fasting blood sugar of 125 is too high. Actually even 105 is higher than ideal. Please discuss with your Dr. regarding your blood sugar levels as if your fasting is this high, your post eating numbers may be very much higher. You may need medications already for diabetes (and may also be recommended to stop the roacootane).
