You might want to test and see how the rice effects your blood sugar two hours after eating; unfortunately most of us can't eat rice and stay in target. Yes, your numbers are diabetic but only a doctor can make a real diagnosis, not someone on a discussion board.

Have you seen a doctor for diagnosis? Have you already been diagnosed as pre-diabetic or Type II diabetic? The cutoff between pre-diabetic and diabetic is 126 fasting so you are right on the cusp. It sounds like you are testing which is great. What else are you doing to control your diabetes? The three important things to do are change your diet, exercise and weight loss if you are overweight. If you are consistently doing these things and still getting high numbers it might be time to consider medicine.
