Not diabetic, but have diabetes symptoms

I recently tested negative for diabetes, blood glucose level 92 after fasting blood test.
But I have symptoms of diabetes: tingling in legs, frequent urination, dry mouth.
Please give me some hope.
Is it possible that I have symptoms of diabetes, but not actually have diabetes?

Yes, they are.

A fasting glucose test results would indicate:
Fasting glucose test results

NORMAL = 6.0 mmol/L and below (below 110mg/dl)

IMPARED FASTING GLUCOSE =  Between 6.1 and 6.9 mmol/L (between 110mg/dl and 125mg/dl)

DIABETIC = 7.0 mmol/L and above (126mg/dl and above)

I also had the HBAC1 test done.
This also showed that I do not have diabetes.
Are the fasting glucose test and HBAC1 test enough to confirm I do not have diabetes?

Could the tingling in legs, frequent urination, and dry mouth indicate something less devastating than a diabetes diagnosis?
