Sure, not everyone can tolerate all complex carbs but again you're turning a group into a single item. Neither asok or I can tolerate fruits, a complex carb. I don't go around saying complex carbs are bad, I say to ppl fruits are bad for me.
If your whole wheat bread contains brominated whole wheat flour you will get elevated glucose levels. The FDA does not require brominated whole wheat flour to be listed on the nutritional label. One can assume the bread contains it, as many commercial brands do, if the nutritional label has a number listed next to carbohydrates and sugar. But then, your tolerance for whole wheat bread just might be zero as fruit to me is zero.
for me complex carbs still raise my BG fast and high. I see very little difference (BG wise) between whole wheat bread and white bread.

We need both good carbs and good fats to survive. Simple carbs are bad, Complex carbs are good. Unsaturated fats are good. They are divided into monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. Saturated and trans fat are bad. Try not to mix or combine carbs and fats into single groups.

60gr of carbs would raise my BG by 90 points... your response may be different.
Restrict your carb intake to 60 grams per meal. Fat clogs your pipes!
your body can get all the energy it needs from fat. fat digests slower than carbs and has a smaller impact on BG than carbs.
No one on this forum has said "not take carbohydrates". What has often been said is to cut down or reduce your carbohydrate intake in order to reduce/lower your glucose levels. I have written in your previous postings that you need to use Google or Yahoo to search on complex vs simple carbs. Please include a search on the Glycemic Index reference food groups. Educate yourself about the foods available to you, what you put into your body and how these foods will affect your life.
