Of diabetes? In general? Big question. If you think you have diabetes, Dee, you might want to do some reading for yourself and more important, see your doctor for a test. But the most common symptoms are excessive thirst and urination, especially at night, feeling tired all the time and possibly weight loss and vision problems. You may also experience symptoms of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) if you skip meals, which can be feeling shaky, sweating, blurry vision, and feeling cranky or "spacey". These feelings go away when you eat.
