Breath that smells nice
Hi all, I notice I dont have bad breath in the morning... Is it a sure sign of diabetes or can it be normal?

Well, for the past months now i have been noticing i have diabetes symptoms... They come and go, like for instance today and tomorrow i tend to drink and urinate frequently, then thr other day i would have a headache but normal frequency of urine and thirst.. And aside from that i have a recurring infection on my outer lips for months now.. Then i just noticed that i dont have the usual morning breath i used to have... I read online that sweet breath is a sign of diabetes... Mine isnt exactly sweet but it doesnt smell bad either..
