My dog is diebetic, He gets 11 units twice a day.
for the past two weeks he pants 90% of the time? Even when he is in the house for more than two hours. AC is on. Can this be atributed to the diebetes? He has been diebetic for two years now.

I realize this is the wrong forum........please call your vet now! If he is hot all the time his blood sugar may be low.
