I am Type II diabetic and have fibromyalgia.  Have been certified to take medical marijuana. While taking m orally I've found a slight elevation in morning read (120s).  Should I smoke instead? Ingesting usually does not provide pain relief.

Lots of unproven debates, mostly web chatter. See for yourself, test your glucose b4 puffing to get a baseline measurement then test after puffing, that is, if you're not so stoned you can't remember what to do.
Post back with your test results.
