I like egg white sandwiches. Use a muffin tin, spray with Pam. Add diced veggies of your choice. (I like mushrooms, spinach, sprinkle of cheese). Fill with egg white (purchased small cartons in grocery store )
Bake 350 about 15 to 20 min. Cool and store in the fridge. I pop one in a sandwich thin with a little cheese and microwave about 45 secs to warm. Great breakfast on the go
