Peripheral Neuropathy

I was just diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes about a week ago. The question I have is I have almost constant tingling in my fingers and toes. It's to the point where it's extremely bothersome. What can be done to stop this?

Walk about 30 minutes a day and get your blood circulation moving better. Swing your arms while walking and finger exercises should help too.

I assume your doctor is aware of the tingling? Treating the diabetes medically is essential and maintaining proper weight as well. You can not reverse diabetic neuropathy but you can treat the symptoms. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/diabetic-neuropathy/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20371587
