Symptoms and medicine

I hope someone here can give me some ideas what's going on with me.

If breakfast just drink 2 cups of coffee (without sugar), do you still need to take half a tablet of Minidiab?

My hands, legs, chest and may be the head as well is vibrated very often.  After a sleep, as soon as I awake, my chest is like an Express Train (fast light beats? Vibrates? or like Fibrilation?).  Follow with sweating and nausea (like gastric).  After get up from bed, have 2 cups of strong coffee then feel better.  But chest tight and pain, light-headed and dizzy and SOB will develope.  I don't know what is it could be..... I'm 50 years old.  Could it be a perimenopause?  Or it is the symptoms of diabetes type II?  Or would it be anemia?  Those symptoms happened in my sleep around 5-6 times a night.  Normally in the early morning.  Could someone shade a light and give me some ideas?  Thanks.

Thank you very much everyone.  ED doctors said many times to me.  It was anxiety or panic attack.  Now I am thinking was the side effect of medication.  I'll stop all and see how is that go?

I also have 2 stress tests done.  One said something but the cardio said, it was all artifact because I am a women.  The other said I got a rhythm problem.  Need to see a rhythm doctor.  The holter monitor said it is all "NORMAL".

I'm also thinking, my diabetes is real of false positive.  Last night, I have many ice-cream and chocolates.  After the dinner, I have half a tablet of Minidiab.  Before bed, I tested... it was 4.9 then I went into sleep.  At 4:15am, I was rolled on the bed again.  Same symptoms repeated.  Would it be my blood sugar too low?  Or I am not diabetes?  I raised once to my diabetes dr.  Am I really a diabetic?  She went through all the tests and said "YES".  Dr Ramsetty also mentioned non of the diabetes tests are perfect so what should the Dr depend on and telling the patient that you are diabetic?

Very pleased to all of you contributed so much help.  I definately need a lot of supports to survise.  I am very miserable......

Are you having anxiety attacks?  I also am not a doctor but if they are ruling everything else out, this is my suggestion.   Panic/Anxiety does cause racing heart, sweating, feel light headed etc.

Post on both Gastroenterology forums. One is the user, the other monitored by Dr Kevin Pho. The latter may be able to pinpoint your problem and/or refer you to a specific forum or type of doctor that can help you.

I would highly recommend eliminating all caffeinated beverages, they can cause not only arrhythmia's but anxiety attacks as well. I would definitely see a MD. Did you have a stress test? EKG?

Doctors all said nothing wrong.  I am having a mild stomach (lower) pain when not eating.  After eating I got upper pain as well.  I really don't know which forum can fit in my post.  Just try some luck here and see is diabetes all got those symptoms.

Thanks, Kevin.  I have done my blood test this morning.  I'll post here again and let you know my result.  Expecting "all normal".

It happened again this morning 3:30am.  I am unable to go back to sleep mode.  I wake up and take an anti nausea tablet.  Until 5:00am, I am still rolling in the bed with gastric like upset stomach, sweating.  I tested my blood sugar.  It is 4.6 so it is not high and not low.  Now when I sit up to type and I felt SOB & dizzy.

Holter monitor said my heart is normal.  I just has a gastroscopy and colonoscopy last week and it showed all normal too.

Sorry, I need to return to bed.

Sounds more like heart or Blood Pressure issues to me but I am not a Dr.
I would definately get it checked out by a Dr. soon.
