Symptoms??

Hello, I think this is the correct forum for what I will describe and hope some one can ease my mind a little. Let me say that it has been a while since I have been to the doctor, I do have an appointment for a physical in couple weeks.
In the past if I delay eating I will get the classic symptoms of hypoglycemia, nervousness, weakness, jittery, and nausea. Recently I have noticed at times I have had what I will call discomfort and weakness in my left arm with a headache and numbness in the lower part of my hand from the wrist to my little finger (which doesn’t completely go away. A couple of days ago I had the same feeling in my right arm and hand. Thinking I needed to eat, I was out of town so I had lunch and it may have helped after awhile but not totally until the next morning when I felt better.
Any questions or answers?

Thank you in advance

First, you don't want a "physical." Here's what they do in a physical:
Listen to you breathe/lungs
Check your blood pressure and pulse
Check your weight and height
Test your reflexes; the ole sit on a bench and tap your knee to see if it jerks
That's it. A physical does not delve into your health status, a "Checkup" does. A checkup consists of all the above plus blood exams; CBC (complete blood check), cholesterol, glucose fasting and OGTT exams. These tests may uncover why you are experiencing your left arm issues.
Question: When you don't eat and feel the hypoglycemia symptoms arising, does eating a candy or drinking orange juice alleviate the problem rather quickly? If it does, you are leaning towards having hypoglycemic symptoms.

You need to see your doctor about this. There is also a doctor's forum where you can go
for advice. The people here are not supposed to dx you.
