The best way to naturally reduce sugar levels is to cut carbs. Diabetes is a condition where the human body can no longer handle carbs properly. Thus natural treatment requires restricting carbs. How restricted? It usually involves cutting all added sugars, grains, sweet fruits and starchy veges. Low carb is defined as less than 100g of carbs per day.
