insulin resistance increases during pregnancy and so numbers rise. You can try further reducing carbs (stick to carbs from veges, full fat dairy, nuts, etc) to see if this helps. A walk after eating may also help.
However, likely you should be discussing with your Doctor about medications. most common medication used during pregnancy is insulin. Do not be scared of insulin. It is a great tool to get good blood sugars and to have a healthy baby.
