Update

So I posted on here a couple of weeks ago about odd symptoms I was having and being sick.
In the past 5 1/2 months I have lost a total of 61 lbs and went from an A!c level of 12 to 5.8
In the past 5 1/2 months I have been totally cut off my insulins  A member by the name of Waverider suggested that I see and Endo.  I did and she says the only thing she can think of might be the fact that I was dig. with Diabetes after starting the Depo shot.  I was on it for 9 years and went off it 2 years ago.  My womanly cycles didn't start back up until 5 1/2 months ago  when all the sickness started.  She says they don't warn you that the shot can cause insulin resistance.  So, did going off the shot reverse my insulin resistance??  Not sure but I am thinking so.  Just thought I would share!!  Thank you to the forum for being here during a BAD time in my life!!  It's nice to know your not alone!! :)

Totally wonderful that your diabetes has apparently reversed with the stopping of the depo shot.

Glad to hear it and wish you very well and good health.
