Ok I took it again..it's been 2 1/2 hours since I ate and it's 169. So it's slowly coming down. I see I have some work to do on getting these levels down to normal. Didn't work out today....having sharp pains on my left side when I started working out so I just stopped.

target levels for pregnancy or trying to get pregnant are:-
Fasting: 70 - 95
Before eating: 70 - 95
1 hour after eating: < 140
2 hours after eating: < 120
I think you are going to need to be adding in insulin to get your levels down.
Some eating advice: you need to severely restrict your carbs for now (1 whole wheat bun is too much). Don't eat low fat foods. The fat is very important to help slow down the digestion of carbohydrates. Also the reduced carb calories need to be replaced by fat calories. Don't restrict protein.

Thanks for the advice. Looks like I have some ways to go but glad that my numbers are no longer in the 300+ range. I didn't know that fat slows down the digestion of carbs. I will keep that in mind when I eat.
