What can i do?

I need a little help, last week i tried doing excersice and eating less and healthier, but its affecting my blood sugar levels for exammple: 50 or 60

I want to be healthy but without suffering this low sugar problems, some advice would be really helpfull thank you.

Just guessing, but are you taking insulin?  That may count for the real low readings between 50-60.  I can only imagine how sick you feel when it gets that low.  I'd watch for things that might spike your blood glucose levels, like carbohydrates.  I have to stay away from all starches... If I don't, my glucose levels are all over the board.  

Speak with your physician or endocrinologist.  An endocrinologist may be better able to help you understand the disease a little better and help you work on adjusting your meds.

Hi, and sorry you are having these problems.  Managing your blood sugar can be difficult.  I was real lucky for a long time with just diet and exercise.  Are you taking meds, and if so, what type?
