Hi I am 53 yrs.My current FBS level is 220.Using Glycinorm 40 and Metfomin 1 each 2 times a day.
But the drugs arent working.

It may be time for insulin.  You should see your doctor.  

And as WaveRider pointed out, proper nutrition, exercise, and weight management may help enormously.

Proper nutrition, moderate exercise and a normal weight all contribute to diabetes control. If you feel your medications "aren't working" go see your doctor.
