blurred vision

I have been diagnosed with diapetes a month ago & i have very blurry eyesight & my sugars are 4.5 will my eyes go back to normal soon

Your post is puzzling as you claim diabetes [not diapetes] was discovered a month ago. A glucose [blood sugar] level of 4.5 mmol/l directly after fasting or 2-3 hours after a meal would be considered normal, non-diabetic.

As far as your blurry vision, the prior posters are correct that you  need a comprehensive eye exam. At 49 yo you just might need to wear corrective glasses.

Have you had your eyes tested? When I was diagnosed a visit to the eye doctor was on the agenda.

You need to have a comprehensive eye exam. Because diabetes can cause eye problems, you need to have regular eye exams by an ophthalmologist who is experienced with diabetes issues.
