Do i have diabetes , my symptoms are dry mouth , frequent urination , skin sores , shortness of breath and cramping in my legs and arms .Please help
Nobody can diagnose you online. Your symptoms do not particularly sound like diabetes (common symptoms are frequent urination, increased thirst and weight loss). See your doctor if your problems continue.
