woke up last night having severe cramping in stomach went to have a bowel movement then a bad sweat boke out and i fainted i have type 2 diabetes could this be related

Sounds like you had an upset stomach, which can cause what you described.  If you are not well already, please see your doctor.  Dehydration if it occurs from severe diarrhoea and/or vomitting can be dangerous in diabetics.

You didn't give us much information to work with. It is always important to give the name of your diabetes medication/s, the dosage, when you test, the glucose test ranges, your diabetes lifestyle [diet, weight, exercise regimen], and how often the symptom has occurred. Usually this helps to pinpoint a reason for the disturbance, or a search on the intet produces favorable results.
