Hi,

Looking at you blood results, they dont look to bad...but after saying this you are having the symtoms of ketones, which happens when your bloods are running high, however they normally say to produce ketones your sugars are normally running higher than 13.0 but this may be different if your onset of diabetes is fairly new and you are taking no medication to reduce your blood sugar levels. I know in southern Indai origion Type 2 diabetes is high. So please go back to your doctor and tell him/her that you want your ketones testing and a HBA1C taking. Hopefuly this will help.

Take care & God bless

Thanks for the post.  Yes, my cardiologist keeps saying that I got anxiety.  My GP send me to a psychiatrist who I with her now more than one and a half years.  She said I didn't have anxiety, don't need to take medication.  She gave me supporting consultation at the moment.   I wish it is anxiety rather than a diabetes.

Today I have a normal lunch.  At around 5pm, I felt shaking and very depress (feel like a cry).  I checked my blood sugar, it was 4.3.  I didn't take any med - Not any at all.  I need to put some honey spread on my bread.  I'll go and speak to my psychiatrist next month.  Non of the specialist can diagnose what's wrong with me.  She told me, "doctor is not a god!"

Dont give up at least do some further research ,it sounds like you were at a hospital that was busyas ER's mostly are , and if you are anxious waiting can make you feel worse,I am wondering if you got some input from your Doctor about the anxiety you are feeling, then you may be able to cope better . This is just one bad experience ,I think for your health you need to get it straightend out .Good Luck

I also diagnosed with Diabetes type II two years ago.  My glucose is up and down - A big mess here.  Metformin is not working at all.  I take minidiab just half a tablet with 5mg tablets.  After taking that, my blood sugar can go down to 3.2 from 14.  It works so well?  If I don't take it, it also can drop to around 7.  Why I take it?

Once I was waiting at ER, they took the blood sugar when I first presented there.  It was 7.8.  After waiting for 4 hours, I told them I'm hungry.  I walk up to the canteen and looking for food.  While I walk up there, I felt dizzy and nausea.  I didn't eat and I walk back to the ER waiting area and sit down.  The nurse called me and tested my blood sugar.  It was 3.6.  She said she will let me in next available.  I sat back to the waiting area and wait...... Finally, after half an hour, I was called.  By the time at the cubicle, nearly 1 hour after the 3.6 reading.  My blood sugar tested, it is 4.2.  So, my body can adjust by itself.  I stop all the med now.  I told the doctors, I don't think I'm diabetic.  But they all said, base on the test ---- YES, I'm diabetic.  You know how down I'm, all those med make me not like a human!  Lost the quality of life.......  I give up my med now.

These are not "AC1" results but assumed as fasting blood glucose. Were you fasting? If yes, they appear to be in the normal ranges.

"Early morning  after taking 75 mg of glucose i feel little difficult to breath and dizziness for a while.and today evening  i tested with  home kit .. it is showing 5.6 mmol/l "
Tell us why you are taking "75 mg glucose" when it does not seem apparent that you need to?

"Doctor said it may or may not be diabetice and there could be some other reasons."
I think you have reached the end with your current doctors expertise in diabetes diagnosis. Go see an Endocrinologist, a specialist in diabetes analysis and treatment, a Cardiologist for an heart exam - EKG and stress test. Finally a Psychologist for your depression & stress.
