I had my test done on the 10the haven't had any call backs on it but was wondering I did the one hour test I drank the stuff and after right at and hour my sugar dropped I did a 12 hour fasting and well when my sugar dropped does that mean I have gd or what it's not the 16the and no dr has called me yet Lol and had that done at 28 weeks I'm 29 weeks now

I have Dr appointment the 23 for baby heartbeat again so I said I'll wait to get results then

The ob. Dr said what happened was my sugar dropped I get hot flashes,sweaty,cold,blood pressure dropped and dizzy she said my sugar dropped after she drew the blood she gave me some water and a granola bar

Honestly, the best thing for you to do would be to call your doctor and ask for your test results.  I am not sure how you know that your blood sugar dropped, but your doctor knows you and he/she should be more than willing to answer your questions.  OFten, you can simply speak with the nurse at the office and she can let you know the test results.  Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy.
