As the previous poster stated, often keeping your blood glucose (BG) under control will help to alleviate diabetes symptoms such as increased thirst and frequent urination. If you are not checking your blood sugar at home, I would recommend making an appointment with your doctor to check your blood glucose and make sure that your medication is at the correct dose to manage your diabetes. You also need to be aware of your diet and how that can affect you blood glucose and the symptoms you experience.

You are posting on the Diabetes board, I Assumed you have diabetes.
As I said BG is blood sugar it can be tested at any doctors office or clinic or you can buy a blood glucose meter most RX stores have them,and test it your self.

High BG (blood sugars) can cause thirst and excessive urination. How are your BG numbers.
Normal BG is 3.6 to 6.7 if your higher than that it can cause thirst and excessive urination.
