WANT TO KNOW ABOUT BLOOD SUGAR

MY AGE NOW 36. U CAN SEE I HAD THYROID SURGERY ,   FOR THAT I GREW FAT. BUT I CHECK  MY BLOOD SUGAR, BEFORE MY BREAKFAST RESULT IS 5.44mmol/L, 98mg/dl, AFTER BREAKFAST 9.38mmol/L, 169mg/dl.

Can u say, what is it?

Your blood glucose increase is most likely caused by what you ate. 5 pieces of bread is a lot of carbohydrate. Additionally some vegetables (carrots included) have a high carbohydrate content.
