Body Fat %

Hey, I'm currently at a healthy 13.5% body fat but I'm an athlete so I'm really trying to drop that down to under 10%. I've been doing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in between weight lifting days and eating primarily proteins, healthy fats, and a small amount of carbs for breakfast and after excersise. I'm trying to lose as much fat as possible in the next two weeks. Is there anything wrong with my current routine and/or do you have any recommendations on how to maximize fat burning for someone not overweight?

Hi, L-Carnitine is quite popular for fast fat burning during training, i havent really tried it but i see a lot of people in the gym are having it.

Do ensure you get sufficient B6 as it is required in order for you to metabolize the increase in proteins.

For the athletes that I have known, your routine is very similar to theirs for making the cut.  May I ask what type of athlete you are?  I have known various types and their routines can tend to be a slight bit different.  For instance, the body builders that I was friends with tended to cut very drastically the carbs and boosting protein, especially proteins such as tuna (one guy I knew would eat tuna for lunch every day straight from the can), while the runners that I knew would boost protein, but also boost carbs on the day before a big run.
