Burning carbohydrate to lose fat.

Cardiovascular workout for 30 minutes burns fat and the message goes to the brain that fat is depleted and so start manufacturin fat. so fat is manufactured by the body and the next day you are at sqore one.
Suggestion is that you burn carbohydrate by slow anaerobic exercise for 12 minutes only. now the message goes that cabohydrate is required -convert fat into carbohydrate.So fat burns continously to generate carbohydrate  you are free from fat.
Rationale appears to be perfect.Probably this is a prelude to sell some technique.Further questioning may reveal  more detals.The article has totally rejected vigorous cardiovascular work out for burning fat.
