Stomach fat

Hi, I'm 14 and I have been now working out for 2-3 months and my main goal was overall to lose weight but I mainly want to lose belly fat. I have done morning workouts e.g Pilates, crunches, bum workouts, and others or went jogging or cycling in the afternoon I would do T-25 which is an insane workout that you do for 25 minutes Non stop I found that I got on my stomach on the front the bottom where some peoples bones come out, and there it was completely flat and I got my legs toned and my bum and I also got muscles on my arms even tough on my belly u hot completely flat at the bottom sides only the rest is still the same I am one of those people who bloat a lot and so far I found out it's because if I eat se dairy products and to much fried food and get too full. I have always sucked in my stomach to give the appearance of a sexy flat stomach but it means nothing if I don't actually have it I am ashamed to come out that's why I have turned to working out and dieting e.g I do not eat after 6 and I cut down in chocolate and sweets and have a smaller breakfast which is Belvita. I don't understand my belly won't go flat can someone give me some advice I am going on holidays in aprox 2 weeks and I would like to lose it as much as I can I weight 52.3 kg by the way. And I have a couple of times have in and had chocolate which I understand is bad I would smash in the carbs in one day after having my strict diet. PLEASE HELP!! If you can.

Just because you're exercising, doesn't mean you can eat as much as you want.  If you eat back everything you burn through exercise, you're defeating the purpose of exercising.

Thank you, and I have talked to my parents about it they say I should eat as much as I want because I do exercises but I still do my diet. I don't drink sugary drinks that's one thing I found simple to give up!

If you are sensitive to dairy and fried foods (i.e. they make you bloat and feel bad), the best thing to do is stop eating them.

If you're caving in to carbs after only one day of dieting, your diet is too strict and you will never be able to maintain it.  You have to come up with something that you can live with and stick to or you will end up yo-yo dieting your entire life.  Talk to your parents about making sure you have good healthy food in the house to eat all the time.  Limit sugary drinks and make water your drink of choice.
